By using Sonorix ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sonorix provides API-based audio transcription using third-party speech recognition models (including Whisper Large v3 via Groq, Deepgram, and OpenAI). You purchase non-refundable credits and consume them per transcription.
Credits are purchased in packs. Each transcription deducts a fixed number of credits. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed successfully. Credits for failed transcriptions are refunded automatically to your wallet.
We may apply reasonable usage limits (rate limits, file size caps, fair-use quotas) to maintain service availability for all users. Excessive or abusive use may result in account suspension.
You must not use Sonorix to transcribe audio you do not have the right to transcribe, or for any illegal purpose. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent credit systems, or attack the service.
Audio files are streamed to our transcription providers, transcribed, and discarded. We do not retain audio. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Sonorix is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.
We may block accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits on blocked accounts are forfeited. If you believe your account was blocked in error, contact support.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for transcription errors that result from poor audio quality, unsupported languages, or provider failures.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
