When you register, we store a device identifier (generated on your device, not tied to your phone number, email, or name), a claim code (for account recovery), and your credit balance. We collect basic request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security.
When you transcribe a file, it's streamed to our transcription provider (Groq, Deepgram, or OpenAI depending on availability). We don't store the audio. The transcript is returned to your device. We don't store the transcript either.
Transcription providers (subject to their own privacy policies):
These providers process audio briefly for transcription and do not retain it under their API terms.
We use a single session cookie (admin_token) only for admin logins. No tracking, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics.
Account records (device ID, balance, transaction history) are kept as long as the account is active. You may request deletion by contacting support — we'll delete your account within 30 days of the request.
All traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Database access is restricted to our service. Backups are encrypted. We apply security updates promptly.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of incorrect data, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.
