Refund Policy.

Automatic refunds

If a transcription fails (network error, provider outage, invalid audio format), credits are refunded to your wallet automatically — typically within seconds. You don't need to contact us for these.

Billing errors

If you've paid for a credit pack and credits weren't added to your account within 24 hours of payment confirmation, we'll either:

  • Add the credits manually (preferred)
  • Refund the payment to your original payment method

Contact support with your transaction reference.

Duplicate payments

If you accidentally paid twice for the same pack, we'll refund the duplicate within 7 business days of you reporting it. Include both transaction references.

What isn't refundable

  • Credits that have been successfully consumed (transcriptions completed)
  • Purchased credits that you simply don't want to use — they never expire, so use them whenever
  • Transcriptions that completed successfully but you weren't satisfied with the accuracy (audio quality affects accuracy; preview the service with your free credits first)

Refund timeline

  • Automatic refunds — within seconds to your wallet
  • Manual billing refunds — 3–7 business days to your payment method
  • Duplicate refunds — 7 business days

How to request a refund

  1. Contact support with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your Device ID, transaction reference, and amount
  3. We acknowledge within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within the timelines above
